since i have volleyball next week… ive started playing around with balls and stuff..
that sounds funny.
but im doing a bunch of vertical jump exercises… like squats… lunges… etc.
and doing a ton of sets. passes etc.

You don’t need to go to a gym or have any fancy equipment to get a good workout in- just use your own body weight!

ive been working out, but nothing really… nothing challenging. that changes today. today im going on a run, then gonna come do some squats and lunges, and some abs. dont loose motivation you guys. its no good! happy fitness
