- Drink lots of water. I mean a lot.
- Eat 80% healthy (vegetables, fruits, protein, etc) and 20% of the foods you should usually stay away from: unhealthy carbs, desserts, burgers, etc.
- DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.
- CUT out all the sodas!
- Try some cleasing teas and pills.
- Make sure your plate has 3 or more colors.
- Eat smaller meals. Like cut 3 big meals into 6 smaller meals.
