Tips:

  • Drink lots of water. I mean a lot.
  • Eat 80% healthy (vegetables, fruits, protein, etc) and 20% of the foods you should usually stay away from: unhealthy carbs, desserts, burgers, etc.
  • DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. 
  • CUT out all the sodas!
  • Try some cleasing teas and pills.
  • Make sure your plate has 3 or more colors.
  • Eat smaller meals. Like cut 3 big meals into 6 smaller meals.
